Shipping & Returns

Ordering

We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.

 

Shipping Information

All paintings, unframed prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Blakely's studio in Charleston, South Carolina. All framed prints are shipped from our framer in California.

As the majority of our prints are made to order, all unframed prints will ship out within 3-8 business days of the order being placed. In addition to our own processing timeline, please allow transit time as most orders take 2-5 business days in transit.

For all framed print and original orders, please allow 4-6 weeks until shipment.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

UNITED STATES — We currently use UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipping orders within the United States. All original works ship free through UPS. All unframed prints and products are shipped via USPS or UPS. All framed prints are shipped via FedEx.

OUTSIDE THE US — Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS, UPS or DHL to ship all international orders. All orders shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

Our Return Policy

All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us at info@blakelymade.com within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.
